Update – I have removed the hub, but I'm having trouble locating parts and a diagram or video on how to order the proper parts. I don't really see any ware in the hub, but I do want to replace the bearings and other parts since I did damage the seals and a rubber washer. What info do I need to get the proper bearing?

Here is a way to replace the front upper strut mount rubber when they have collapsed and worn out making a nice clunking sound when bad.. I've done this many times and it is an easy way to replace the rubber mount without a spring compressor or removing the front struts or tires. All you need is a floor jack, a few sockets, and the key to this DIY is to have a nut from the front strut mount.

Replace rear axle seals only or bearings and all.

The bearing(s) feel good, and even though it's been 10 yrs since I drove the car, I don't recall having any bearing noise from the rear. What is the advisability of replacing just the rubber O-ring and the two gaskets at the backing plate and axle flange?? or should I go ahead and replace the bearings regardless?
